Musical Youth - Pass the Dutchie


Contrary to popular belief, in 1982 it was this English reggae group - Musical Youth - with their video for "Pass The Dutchie" that became the first black artists to be shown on MTV; it wasn't Michael Jackson with "Billie Jean."
